‘m 70, and I have had shingles for 9 months now. I’ve only done 4 doses so far, , but when I do, I haven’t had any nerve pain or itch for about 5 hours, and each time I have less attacks in between doses. I have a lot less brain chatter, and my stress eating is getting more manageable. I am on 2 antidepressants because of my shingles, so it’s really bad.
